Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and gkpk ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gkpk website at https://gkpk.org and all associated services, games, promotions and payment facilities. By completing the registration process or otherwise accessing the gkpk platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other individuals who access any part of the gkpk platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms you must immediately cease using the platform and, if registered, contact gkpk support to request account closure. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised Terms.

Player Eligibility

To register and use gkpk you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at registration and throughout continued use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false date-of-birth information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all held funds.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing gkpk from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. Verifying the legality of online gambling in your location is solely your responsibility.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered gkpk account at any time. Multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited and result in permanent closure of all associated accounts with balances forfeited.
• Own Behalf: You must act on your own behalf and for your personal enjoyment only. You may not register or operate a gkpk account on behalf of any other person or entity.
• Non-Employee: Employees, contractors and their immediate family members directly involved in operating gkpk are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

gkpk may request documentary proof of eligibility at any point, including National ID (NID), passport or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of gkpk services you must complete registration by providing accurate, complete and current information. The following details are required:

• A valid, unique mobile phone number you own and control. This serves as your primary account identifier and the channel for SMS-based authentication.
• A secure password you create and are responsible for keeping confidential. Passwords must meet the minimum complexity requirements shown on the registration screen.
• Your date of birth for age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process required before your first withdrawal.
• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID. This name must match the name registered to your payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account) to enable withdrawal processing.

You must notify gkpk promptly if any of your registered details change. Failure to maintain accurate account details may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawals.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on gkpk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer via major Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The following rules apply to all transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be returned to the originating payment account subject to any fees charged by the payment provider.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) typically complete within 15 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals within 2 to 4 hours.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise approved by the gkpk compliance team following a written request.
• KYC Prerequisite: A withdrawal request will not be approved until the player has successfully completed KYC verification, including submission and acceptance of valid identity documentation.
• No Platform Fees: gkpk does not charge platform fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. Processing fees applied by your payment provider are outside gkpk's control and are the player's responsibility.

gkpk operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Where a transaction triggers an AML review, processing may be paused pending investigation. gkpk reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Players may not deposit funds from payment accounts not registered in their own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review. Any balance accrued through third-party payments may be suspended pending investigation and forfeited if the source of funds cannot be verified.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

gkpk offers various promotional incentives including a welcome bonus on first deposit, weekly reload bonuses, free spins and VIP cashback. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions as well as any additional conditions stated at the time the offer is communicated:

• Wagering Requirement: The welcome bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement on the combined deposit plus bonus amount. For example a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳40,000 in total qualifying wagers before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• One Bonus Per Player: The welcome bonus is available once per player per account lifetime. Claiming the welcome bonus on a second account constitutes a prohibited duplicate account violation.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire 7 days from the date of issue unless a different validity period is stated in the specific offer terms. Expired bonus funds and unconverted free spin winnings are automatically removed without notice.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a wagering requirement is active, the maximum single bet or stake per round or spin is ৳500. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games contribute 10%. Certain excluded games contribute 0%. The current contribution rate table is available on the Promotions page.

gkpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotional offer is found to have been abused or exploited, gkpk may void the bonus, reverse associated winnings and suspend the account pending investigation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gkpk platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register multiple accounts in order to claim multiple welcome bonuses or exploit any other promotion.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm or other automated means to interact with gkpk games, odds or systems in a manner not authorised by gkpk.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live casino games.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity including money laundering, fraud, theft or any other criminal enterprise. gkpk is obligated to report suspected financial crimes to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, overload or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of gkpk, including any DDoS attack, SQL injection or cross-site scripting attempt.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your gkpk account, whether knowingly or through negligence in protecting your login credentials.

Responsible Gaming

gkpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all registered players free of charge and are accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Reminders: Configure pop-up reminders at intervals of 30, 60 or 90 minutes to notify you of how long your current session has been active.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit or place bets, but your account balance is preserved.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from all gkpk services for a minimum of 6 months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

Account Suspension & Closure

gkpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including engaging in a prohibited activity, providing false registration information or failing to complete KYC within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any activity believed to violate applicable law, regardless of whether it has been formally investigated or charged.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against gkpk by the player through their payment provider. Any chargeback triggers immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact gkpk support with their account details and a written closure request.

Upon closure for reasons other than a prohibited activities investigation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold may be handled at gkpk's discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gkpk platform — including the gkpk brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of gkpk or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gkpk platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the gkpk platform without prior express written consent from gkpk, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law. Unauthorised use of gkpk intellectual property may result in account termination and expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gkpk, its directors, officers, employees, agents and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the gkpk platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure or the cost of substitute services. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other basis, even if gkpk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gkpk's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by gkpk's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to gkpk's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through gkpk's support channels should be submitted in writing to [email protected], including a clear description of the dispute, the relief sought and all supporting evidence.

gkpk will acknowledge a formal dispute within 5 business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 20 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of an appropriate arbitration or mediation body as determined by gkpk, whose decision shall be final and binding.

Amendments to These Terms

gkpk reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The date in the Last Updated notice at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. Where a change is material — meaning it alters a player's rights or obligations significantly — gkpk will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the registered address on the affected account, or via a prominent on-platform notification.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of gkpk after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
